Hi everyone.... Well here we go with my first attempt to blog. Hopefully all who read this blog will find it at least entertaining. But I am not the best writer as my high school english teachers will attest to. I also thank God everyday for spell check!! So a little about me..... I am married to the love of my life (yes the one in the image) . She is a very sweet woman and serves in the Air Force. At this moment she is in Iraq, so no wonder why I have the time to do this kinda stuff. I have a 5 year old little boy who is a great kiddo. I am a freelance photographer and I teach photojournalism to high school and college kids in the summers. Other than my wife and son, photography is my passion in life and take every chance I can to shoot.
But as for now I keep busy by shooting images and doing my P90X. I love these workouts. I know other that are doing it feel the same way. I thought I would get back in shape for my sweetie while she is gone. So I hope to be ripped by the time she gets back home. I am about to start week 5 of the program and can already tell a big difference in the way I feel and look. My 32"W jeans are getting loose on me. I might have to go get a few pairs of 31"W jeans (same size as in high school). I don't think this summer my little sister Julie will be able to call me fat. So I am excited to finish this program and see my results.
So I'll be giving updates for friends and family and anyone else that might be interested. I will also post a few of my P90X images when I got something better for all to look at. So that's it for now I'll try to keep this a regular thing.
Hi Bryan,
ReplyDeleteYour mom sent me the link to your blog. I was pleased to see the picture of you and your wife. I think the last time I saw you in person, you were in elementary school. You have turned into a very handsome man. I hope you Do post some of your photo work, I would love to see it!

Wow! Great job with your P90X! Are you following the nutrtion too? Your wife will fall in love all over again when she gets home! Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteI have been following the diet as close as I can. It was kinda confusing to me as I know nothing about nutrition. I have been eating off the list on p90x but have also been taking a little from the Body for life diet.
ReplyDeleteDude, keep up the awesome job...when i saw ya at Christmas you looked like you did at 22 y/o...nothing like the above pic!!
ReplyDeleteWhen Val get's back post your before and after pics!
