P90X Update

Well, thought I would give a little P90X (classic) update.  It is going pretty well so far with the workout and diet.  I am really surprised with myself that I have stuck to my diet really well.  I feel the workouts are going well.  I just give it 110% till I just can't go anymore.  I have started wearing my knee brace on the leg workouts as some of the workouts are high impact and I have been in a little pain after these.  The knee brace seems to give me a little more support.  But I have lost quite a bit of weight. I was 220 lbs at start and now at week 5 I am around 200 or just under 200 depending on what time of day I weigh myself.  
I have just moved into phase 2 and once again... DAMN!!!!  I thought I was over the soreness part of these workouts but, I just did my arms, shoulders and triceps workout yesterday and woke up this morning sore as hell.  But not as sore as week one!!!  That was bad!!!  That was so bad it hurt to blink!!!  But anyway, I am starting to see a new and better me in the mirror everyday.  My clothes fit better and might have to take a little shopping trip to buy some new jeans.  For the fist time since high school I am starting to see ab muscles.  I hope to be totally ripped by the time Val gets home from Iraq.  I am still excited and motivated and I think I will make P90X part of my life even beyond my 120 day target.  Well I hope that my journey with P90X encourages my friends and family to take better care of their bodies so they live a long and happy life...  I love all of you and will see you soon.
