Well, I hope everyone had a great holiday season... I just got back from Texas (Home) Had a great visit with family and friends.
As far as my P90X workouts I didn't get in all my workouts... maybe 5-6 workouts over three weeks. But I did try to make better food choices and thought I was getting fat again. But I weighed myself when I got home and I was down to 188Lbs. So I am going to start back at week 8 when I left for Texas. So I guess I'll start hitting it on Monday. I feel like I need to tone up more so I'll be lowering my weights and going for 12-15 reps.
But anyway, how about this Santa?? He was a neighbor of my Mom and Jeff's. He walked in and and Ayden was totally shocked and wide eyed. After he left Ayden came over to me and said "Dad.. Why did Santa come through the front door?" I laughed and told him "Well because Ma has a fire in the fireplace... He would burn his bottom off!!!" He is a very observant little boy... Well everyone take care.
WOW! I just read your comment on my blog! You've lost 40 pounds!??!! That is AWESOME! I am Very impressed! And...impressed that you recognized my cookware as Pampered Chef! Yes, it is indeed Pampered Chef. I splurged finally--after 10 years of marriage and got myself some decent cookware. The stuff I had before was so old and cheapy--and all the non-stick stuff had been eaten off of it! Augh!
ReplyDeleteI'll tell you though...I'm not as impressed with it (the PC cookware) as I thought I would be. My eggs in the mornings still stick to the skillet just as bad as they did with the cheap stuff. I can't figure that out.
Anyway, way to go on your work outs and P90X! What "day" are you on?

Oh I just started my week 10 day 3. I had a little restart after my trip back home to TX. IF I wouldn't have taken that break I'd almost be done now. But I think I will always do P90X to maintain my results so far. My attitude about healthy eating and working out has completely changed.
