
I started this by marinating a Boneless skinless chicken breast (whatever you like to taste). Then grilled it and diced it up in small chunks.
1- whole wheat flat bread
1 cup Reduced fat Mozzarella Cheese
2-3 tbsp of Newman's Own Tomato and Basil
5 pieces of Turkey Pepperoni
1/4 of a green and red bell pepper diced fine
1/2 a jalapeno cored and seeded diced fine
1 slice purple onion (to taste) diced fine
2 slices of Canadian Bacon diced fine
Mix everything you diced fine together and put in bowl. Spread the tomato sauce on flat bread. Spread mix on top of that. Place Turkey Pepperoni on with diced chicken. Top with hand full of Mozzarella Cheese. Place in preheated oven for about 10-15 min or till liking.
